On loading this page for the first time, the page is rendered up to the line that reads: Please provide Mr Coleman with the feedback he needs. Upon hitting Reload under xpviewer, the complete page is rendered. This occurs on the 19981203 build of both viewer and xpviewer.

I need more info from the submitter. This doesn't seem to happen in today's debug build. Can you test again, and see if it still happens? Please indicate whether it happens in debug, non-debug, or both. Thanks.
Am still seeing it on 19981207 build (from the nightly builds FTP site) under Windows 95.

Summary: Tables layout incompletely → Page from cache is incomplete
there is something broken with caching network files. If I delete my cache directory, this page lays out correctly the first time it is loaded. If I then reload it, it only shows up partially.
Instead of "if I then reload it, it only shows up partially" I should have said: "upon forcing a reload of the URL in viewer by typing in the URL again in the URL field" The distinction I'm trying to make is that I'm not forcing a re-fetch of the page, just a reload by the viewer app.

Changing all Networking Library/Browser bugs to Networking-Core component for Browser. Occasionally, Bugzilla will burp and cause Verified bugs to reopen when I do this in a bulk change. If this happens, I will fix. ;-)
Bulk move of all Networking-Core (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking component.
