Platform: Windows NT
To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Select File | New | Message (Ctrl+M)
- OK the dialog warning you that you have no identities
- Click Cancel in the Account Manager dialog
- In the new Mail message, select File | Close
Result: The application crashes. Stack trace coming soon.
As luck would have it I suddenly can't get this to crash again. If and when
this happens again I'll get the stack trace...

Using the original report scenario, I do not see step 3 and 4 come up.
Step 1, 2, and 5 works fine. No crash. Mark it verified
