When visiting any site that extends off the screen horizontally (i.e., the URL attached) there is a small bug in the scrolling. I scrolled the bottom horizontal bar over to the right so that I could read more. When I then used the up & down arrow keys to scroll down the page, the page snapped back over to the left. This happened at every page I tried that extend off horizontally and thus required horizontal scrolling. The "snap-back" did not occur, however, when I used the vertical scroll bar to scroll downwards instead.

guessing this is toolkit. peter, do you know who gets this bug?

Component: other → Layout
I don't think this is toolkit, since it happens on pages with no XUL and no GFX scrollbars. reassigning to layout.

It's not layout either. I'm guessing it's the scrolling view.
Resetting QA contact from leger.
Scrolling with arrow keys is busted with GFX scrollbars turned on.
