Start mozilla and open test4. Go to the example "The following table will have its 2nd row and 2nd col collapsed. A window resize may be necessary to see it properly." Now, use the scroll bar to scroll half a page up and back down. If you scroll fast and rapidly you can see part of the content of the collapsed table cells. If you scroll slow and gentle, this doesn't appear. I don't know which one is right, but it should at least be consistent.
