Using the following builds: Windows:1999110208 Mac: 1999110208 Linux: 1999110212 Behavior is cross platform. Steps to reproduce: Open the index page in the URL listed above. Click on a link. Once you get to the linked page, click on the 'BACK' button to return to the index page. Expected result: The table should layout at once. Actual result: The table resizes 3 times. Don't know if this is a table or layout bug - I'll start with TABLES.

This could be the result of the incremental content sink changes. If that is the case then the table would reflow multiple times and the problem is how to make table incremental reflow faster. Adding INCREMENTAL REFLOW to the summary.

karnaze: I'm changing the radar from [INCREMENTAL REFLOW] to {inc} so that it does not eat as much room on the bug list page. ({inc} is also what the "bugzilla code definitions" [1] say we use for these types of bugs.) If that is not ok, then please accept my profuse apologies and I will change it back... If you don't see the problem then it should be marked "WORKSFORME", no? :-/ Chris, could you attach the css1_matrix.html file to this bug or put the directory on some external web server please? Cheers.

Using 2/17 build with testcase, I can no longer see the problem. Verifying bug fixed.
