To help project members to do this, I suggest a new feature for the "Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings" - "Copies & Folders" - "When sending messages, automatically" - "Place a copy in" group of fields: In addition to the options "Sent folder on" and "Other", I would like another option named "Ask". If a user selects the "Ask" option, Mozilla will ask the user where to place the sent mail every time the user sends a mail. When asking, Mozilla could make it easy to select the most recently selected folders. It should be possible for the user to select another folder, of course.
