Details

Begin selecting from the middle of a line in the last paragraph on the page. Attempt to extend the selection to near the beginning of the first line. The selected text doesn't track the cursor.

waiting to verify as it seems selection is hosed a couple of different ways at the moment.

Per a request from Selection and Search component eng (mjudge) and qa (elig), moving all "Selection and Search" bugs to new "Selection" component. Original "Selection and Search" component will be retired.
