I've just inadvertently submitted two versions of the same bug report. While selecting the details I'd managed to unset the `Mozilla Version' selector. Upon submission I got a general-purpose HTTP error message which I can't recall (Server Failure of some sort) so I looked at my input, found I hadn't checked a version and resubmitted.
