The first P element, which has display none, does not seem to be being terminated by the P element that follows.
All fixed with last (big) update to parsing engine.

verified fixed. Hey dbaron, I can't tell (not being a CSS expert) whether the text should overlay the image (as it shows currently in gecko) or if it should be below the image (as in IE). Can you enlighten me?
IE is right. I already reported that problem as bug 2441.
