The frames at http://www.rotaract.org/central jump up and down when the window of gecko is resized vertically. Depending on where you stop the resizing a black line appears and remains between to frames which normally should fit to each other without any visible border. Depending on the size of the window when jumping to that URL the black line will appear right from the beginning.

just updating info..still occurs in March 9 build..behavior a bit different from original description but still seems to be same bug.

The reported problem does not occur on my 3/29 WinNT debug and optimized builds. The black bar to the right of the document is bug 2620 and I will check in a fix for that shortly.
