On the latest nightly build (Tue Nov 16 13:58:00 1999) The J3250.dll crashes if you have edited your all.js file to use proxies. This is a new bug; it works with every nightly build for the past while. You can work around this problem by using yesterday's JS3250.dll. Here is the error message: MOZILLA caused an invalid page fault in module JS3250.DLL at 0137:6096053a. I don't see how this is a dup of "seamonkey fails to run perl script" -- that seems like a mime-type problem.

Gagan says he can't reach/use this proxy server, and others seem fine.
