Details
In Windows 95, when a software cursor is in use and the graphics under the cursor is being redrawn, the cursor flickers like a mad thing. On the "Welcome to Gecko" start page, the cursor flickers all the time, everywhere on the page (not just over the animated portion). This seems to suggest that a lot more redrawing is going on than is strictly necessary. Or it could just be a Windows bug.

Assignee: don → kipp
Re-assigned to kipp@netscape.com. Kipp, this looks like a rendering issue. Who should get this one?

Could the reporter please supply the exact url to which the bug refers? I have no chance of reproducing this bug without it as I haven't been able to find the same page.

Can't find a test case on the developer preview site; nor has the poster provided a url...so I'm marking it invalid.
