Details
The background of the HTML area doesn't always redraw. Bring up the browser
without a network connection and the control won't draw. (It should at least
draw a blank page). It also appears, that at times if you bring up another
window over the browser, and then get rid of the other window, it will leave a
non-redrawn hole...
