DESCRIPTION: After a page finishes loading, the scrollbars are the wrong size until I scroll. This seems to happen on most pages. It may be related to the SUPERWIN landing (and therefore be [PP]). STEPS TO REPRODUCE: * load http://www.mozilla.org/quality/most-frequent-bugs/ * click on the scrollbar and start scrolling down ACTUAL RESULTS: * the scrollbar makes it look like the page is much shorter than it is until I start scrolling EXPECTED RESULTS: * the scrollbar should give a reliable indication of how long the page is DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON: * Linux, apprunner, 1999-11-22-08-M12 WORKS CORRECTLY ON: * older builds, I think

I don't see this using today's opt builds, unless you mean that the thumb is drawn in a default size until the document length is known, but even then it corrects itself immediately even if you don't scroll. resolving as worksforme

Verified worksforme. This was just in one or two builds...
I think this problem happens with native scrollbars only. In linux mozilla 1999-12-11-08-M12, I am seeing this problem reliably on http://www.webstandards.org/css/ . I guess I won't reopen on the assumption that native scrollbars are going away (but I still use them, b/c of bug 20185).
