Details

• TITLE/SUMMARY The JStones benchmark (http://129.13.11.104/~jsteck/Jstones.html) fails to load. It complains that its images can't be found. 12/4/98 7:44 PM Patrick Beard: The <applet> tag has yet another codebase that the plugin fails to handle correctly. Whose job is this anyway? Here's the tag: <applet codebase="./classes" code="Jstones.class" width=600 height=430> Obviously, a "./" directory should cause the codebase to be simply concatenated with the document base. Argh.

This "ancient" bug is seemingly not an M15 stability stopper... so I'm pushing this off to M16.

is there a still working link that demonstrates this bug?
Unless somebody beats me to it, I'll try to dig up the current location for JStones Benchmark (still in use) and see if it contains the offending code (I looked in on this awhile back and I think it worked).
OK, I was wrong. I can't find the thing anywhere. I'd suggest resolving WORKSFORME for now - this can be reopened if the link is ever found. Unless somebody's got a site with JS that displays the same problems.
buh bye
