Details
On Windows, the dialog boxes are drawn with a grey background colour, and not
with the correct colour set by the operating system. In nglayout this can be
obtained through the nsILookAndFeel interface.

I thought that system color support wasn't working yet. clearing remind
resolution. If this is really a Viewer app bug it should be reassigned to gecko.

This is an old bug referring to dialog colors before our HTML dialogs. This may
be an issue in the future, but this bug is no longer valid. The idea is that
we will get a natove color for dialogs from CSS. This would be a bug danm.
