The cursor doesn't appear in "login name" field when you click it; clicking on the pop-up field next to it makes it appear, though. When login/password have been entered, nothing happens (except once a dialog asking if I wanted to save the password/login). MacOS 9 on rev. D (333mhz) iMac.

Are you talking about logging into hotmail page?

mozilla mailnews doesn't have any dialogs that ask for both your user name and password. And the fact that it then asked you if you wanted to remember your login and password...well that sounds like a browser feature known as the wallet. I'm guessing (as did Lisa) that you are talking about the browser and not the mozilla mailnews client. You probably want to assign this bug to someone in the HTML forms group for the browser. I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with us in mailnews. If this is true, let me know and I'll reroute this bug back to the browser. Thanks!
