* TITLE/SUMMARY
Lou's Fishcam (auto-updating JPEGs) crashes Viewer
* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0) View http://home.netscape.com/fishcam
1) Click on any of the links to auto-updating Fishcam views (Camera 1-3, either
large size or small size.)
* RESULT
- What happened
Dr. Watson; 100% reproducibility. (viewer.exe, access violation.)
- What was expected
No crash; fish cam updated.
The crash may be related to the heavy JavaScript used on the page (which has its
own problems).
For a greater sample size, I also checked http://events.exploratorium.edu/CAM2/
While a crash didn't occur, Viewer was immediately cripped (no updates to content
region, including on resizes), but not crashed. (It would still access other
URLs.)
* REGRESSION
- Occurs On
viewer.exe (12.30.98 Win32 build used)
- Doesn't Occur On
Communicator 4.5 for Win32 (RTM Complete build used)
IE 4.0 for Win32 (had its own problems with the script, but different
ones..)
* CONFIGURATIONS TESTED
- Windows NT 4.0 SP 3, 96 MB RAM.
Gagan -- this is crashing in Netlib, so it's all yours. Here's the stack trace:

Well...the web cams still are totally munged, at least they don't crash anymore
(1.25.99 build on Linux, and 1.26.99 build on Mac OS 8.5 and Win NT 4sp3, so it's
fixed for me ;)
{"totally munged" := never updated, on Linux (fishcamsmall3), repeated twice with
garbage underneath, etc. Will research and write up as separate bug if
appropriate.}
