Build ID: 1999120808 Platform: Windows 98 To reproduce: - Launch mozilla - Select File | New | Edit Blank Page - In the Editor window that comes up type "Here are some words" - Double-click on 'are' to select it - Click the I button to italicize it Result: The word is deleted. Expected result: It shouldn't be.
