Additional Details :
When loading an HTML Table, the text in many cells bleed
across cells when cell text is long; the text is not wrapped
and/or the cells is not streched.

Forgot to mention that this is a DEBUG build.
Also, have noticed that there is bleeding of many HTML constructs (including
this BUG REPORT page I am looking at now)

In general, a test case will be really helpful. In this case, I havent yet tried
to reproduce it.

Matthew, I don't see this problem in the recent builds of Mozilla. Please
update your tree or download a binary and you should see a marked improvement in
the layout of pages.
Thanks for the bug report. Marking this fixed for now. If you find similar
problems with the latest build, please reopen this bug and add a URL for a test
case.
