Matthew, I don't see this problem in the recent builds of Mozilla. Please update your tree or download a binary and you should see a marked improvement in the layout of pages. Thanks for the bug report. Marking this fixed for now. If you find similar problems with the latest build, please reopen this bug and add a URL for a test case.
