Build ID: 1999121508 Platform: all We need to force a minimum window size for the Preferences window. Now that it's resizable, it's also resizable to a small enough window so that the display is garbled (eg text displays on top of and outside its borders).

Dan, how might we accomplish this?
Come to think of it, I think the toolkit doesn't support this capability. I suppose no one has wanted it until now. It could probably be implemented as a property of the window tag, like width and height, but it would take some doin'.

->mcafee. i can make the prefs dialog Really Really tiny, at least on linux.
