NT and 95
1) Go to File|Samples|demo#8
2) Go to File|Print Preview|Two Column
Result:Access violation in NT, invalid page fault in 95. One column preview works
on demo8, two column preview works on other pages.

Note that the 1.4.98 Mac build pretty much crashes on any two-column print
preview, including the other demos that I've checked.

Print Preview doesn't function yet in Apprunner. However, selecting print from
the File menu does function. The Demo #8 document prints succuesfully without
crashing in the June 2nd Build.
