Details

For X11/GTK, entering text in a multiline text field (such as this one on bugzilla), pressing the Up/Down arrow keys does not cause the cursor to move up and down, as expected. Left/Right arrow keys *do* work. Interestingly, Ctrl+P (Emacs-style) does move up, but Ctrl+N (also Emacs) does not cause you to move down. Ctrl+B, and Ctrl+F *do* move you left and right. Suggestion: Up/Down arrows should move you up and down, Ctrl+N should move you down.

Reassigning to Steve.
K, gotta revise this. Sometimes, up/down do nothing. Sometimes they work perfectly. Sometimes they move the scrollbar. Sometimes up works fine and down moves the scrollbar.

sounds like a job for akkana. Might already be fixed?
