open a bugzilla report that lists several dependent bugs.
add a comment and submit
the next page that loads is the result of procss_bug.cgi, which lists the bug
that was changed and each subsequent bug in it's own table.
In mozilla browser, these all get collapsed into nested tables rather than
sibling tables.

Steve, do you known if this bug still exists?? I tested with Dec. 26th build
and did not notice any nesting!!. Could you please verify this? Thanx.
