Sure. But --- if bug #2210 is going to be a master bug of all scrollbar problems, please be sure to list in that bug reports which behaviors are broken and will be fixed --- including this one. ;) That way, we in QA will be able to actually verify that the behaviors were correctly implemented. (The bug as presently written is generic enough that I really didn't know what it specifically covers.) Thanks!

Verified fixed in 1.12.98 Mac build of viewer, both using the horizontal and vertical scroll bars, and both on small pages (i.e. sample #0), and on large pages (i.e. www.macintouch.com). I've appended to bug #2302 the only side-issue I can find. (Specifically, holding mouse button down on arrow while scrolling a large page results in scrolling resetting halfway through the page.)
