The grey region extends as far down as the sgi logo on the right, which
on Linux (but not MS-Win) is initially overlapped by the "NASA and SGI share a
vision..." image in the middle. Actually, the middle image gets clipped by
the logo and the image below it, but this overlap almost certainly has
something to do with it.
Does not Work Correctly with:
1999-12-25-08-M13 nightly binary on Redhat Linux 6.1 (gnome+enlight)
Works Correctly with:
1999-12-25-08-M13 nightly binary on Windows NT 4.0sp3
Added [PP] to summary; reassigning to Layout (not sure here).
Same on http://www.mobil.cz/ and I've played more with it and it seems
that it has something to do with HORIZONTAL scrollbar - if is there,
no problems appear, but if the window is wide enough so horizontal scrollbar is
hidden, few (?) lines at top/bottom are not drawn.
(Build 2000-01-01-08-M13, Linux + XFree86 3.9.17)

Tried with 1/4/2000 11:00am build of mozilla on Linux and it works fine for me.
I wonder if there was a general problem with paint messages not being generated
for the newly exposed scroll area which has since been fixed?
Marking as worksforme
Still wrong, please see http://lide.punknet.cz/miri/tmp/grab.png for screenshot.
Tried with 2000-01-04-09-M13 (latest 2000-01-05-something doesn't start at all).
If I move with mouse pointer to unrepainted area, it's repainted correctly. Also
tried with XFree 3.3.5 over remote display, same problem.
