When I load a gfx or a long textfile that is bigger than the browser windows the scroll-bars will disappear, and scrolling isn't possible anymore. (Not even with cursor-keys)

Thanks! Additional Information: In bug 22286 it is reported that M12 will not load on French Win98 or WinNT; could there be general problems with non-U.S. Windows at present?
