The first url given above causes doesnot refresh properly using either viewer or the browser under m12. I have had this problem using the pre-built Solaris Sparc and Debian linux (.deb) binaries. The page will load up fine to begin with, but problems occur if there is any need to refresh the page (if I cover the window with another window, scroll off the end of the page, or make the window size bigger). Under some of these conditions the part of the window that should be redrawn, will not be redrawn at all. In these cases, if I click and drag with the first mouse button, the text lines on screen will be redrawn, but the background color won't be. The second url (http://ham.space.umn.edu/crumley/mozilla/ovid_stripped.html) gives more isolated case of the same problemas above. I pulled out as much of the extraneous stuff from the file as possible and tried to reproduce the problem. The same redrawing problems occur in this case. These errors could be due to a problem with the html or the cgi script (which I don't have access to), but the pages work fine in lynx and netscape 4.07 for Sparc Solaris.

It appears my bug is a duplicate 18224 (Its amazing how easier it is to find relevant bugs when you know who the bug should be assigned to).
