We need a TFV field accessable in both bug edit and query layouts to assist in
project milestone organization. The initial selections should include M1, M2,
M3.....thru M50.
Agreed that this should be called Target Milestone. Need chofmann/brendan to
get M build description posted to mozilla.org. Then terry will add this for us.

The code for this is now mostly present in Bugzilla, but I am still waiting
for web pages to appear that document the various milestones.
Putting myself as QA Contact and text in Status Whiteboard field to test query
function for these fields.

Clearing "M" field since Webtools product is not used for 5.0 specific project
bug metrics and will mess up our queries on milestones.
