Details
As of 1999-01-12, the text on this page (which is defined in the <BODY> as
text="#FFFFFF", aka white) is showing up as black. This, since the page has a
black background, makes the page unreadable.

Resolution: --- → FIXED
I added back the code that I thought was no longer needed, when in fact it was
needed (without it 'color' didn't 'inherit' properly)
