Chris -- this is certainly not a parser bug (which is was labeled). Please take a look -- but note that I can't find anything wrong with this page on NT. Maybe it's a win95 only bug.

Troy fixed the crash, but indicated that there was some clean up work to do in the way reflow was happening. I changed the title.
