Properties is an OS-level issue, not a Seamonkey issue. tested this on NT
4.0sp4 and win98 and have no trouble selecting properties and viewing properties
for seamonkey dlls.
resolving invalid.

Which files are you talking about. The only file I seems to be able to see the
properties for is js3250.dll.
Properties for appcores.dll gives me nothing.

Using build 2000010908
When I right-click on (for example) appcores.dll and select Properties, the
properties are in fact shown. Is it that you're expecting a Version tab in the
Properties dialog? (granrose, most Windows DLLs have a second pane in the
Properties dialog with further information about that DLL, but not mozilla.org's
DLLs.) If that's the case, this is more likely a RFE than a bug...

Ups... What I actually meant was indeed the Version tab.
Should I file a new bug?
Is build config the right component?
