detestable kludgy menu system

Although its stability is not up to par with its Linux and Windows kin, the
Macintosh version of Mozilla has one distinct advantage - it uses civilized
native menus. This is of particular annoyance on Linux where the menu
implementation is aggonizingly slow (the Windows version apears to have
acceptable, if non-standard menus). While this may seem minor, it could have a
tragic effect on end-market-share. I am *used* to esoteric interfaces, and this
has been the major roadblock to me using mozilla since M7.

Could you mention some specific issues other than you like native menus? They
may well already have bug numbers and be targetted. In particular the speed
issue sounds like bug #22155.
