I just copied the Netscape 4.7 bookmark over into my Mozilla profile directory. Mozilla doesn't seem to be able to show seperators in bookmarks? I couldn't find a bug on this Build 2000011008

I checked in a fix.

I'm looking at WinNT build 2000011308 and if I go to Manage Bookmarks and add a separator and then manipulate such that it's not last (wanted ot make sure I could see it) it never shows up on the bookmarks popup in the Personal toolbar. It does show up in mene and hte sidebar however.

I checked in a fix on 1/13. Marking fixed again.

It does not work in my 200011415 build.

The problem is in the News folder. The seperators are shown correctly when I choose Bookmarks -> Private Toolbar Folders -> News. But when I choose News directly from the Toolbar the separators are not shown!

can you reproduce the error with a new bookmarks file? I wonder if it's a valid test if your using the old BM file?

ok, I see this. Looks like a similar problem to the the bookmarks menu.

I have a fix ready.

The separators works now! Verified with 2000011908 The only problem is now http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24340 which is properly a different one...
