Overview Description: Password prefs cannot be changed without crashing mozilla.exe Steps to Reproduce: 1) Open Security Advisor, then Certificates, and Passwords. 2) For "Require password", select a different radio button and click OK Actual Results: Win32 - mozilla.exe crashes. Linux - the password and the restore dialog box cannot be opened. Expected Results: No crashes, just save the preference to the prefs.js file. Update - WinNT now crashes after changing password prefs twice. Linux doesn't crash when changing password prefs.
Bulk moving all Browser Security bugs to new Security: General component. The previous Security component for Browser will be deleted.

this works for me. It now puts up a dialog that says "Successfully set your new personal security password!"
