Sometimes the cutaway part of the radius does not get get rendered as the
background of the containing object or objct below. Instead only the border of
the radius gets drawn as an arc, the 'fill' seems to spill outside based on the
dimensions of the bounding rectangle. Thanks Don, in adv for looking into this.
You guys do killer stuff...OK I just detected that this happens specifically
only when the topleft radius is set to 0. Workaround for now is to set radius of
the topleft corner to something that looks like 0 but isn't such as 0.1%. I'll
attach a test case shortly.
