Using 1/14 build on Win 98. Bring up URL. App hangs, does not load

This problem is occuring also under Windows NT 4.0 with the Thur Jan 14th Build.
Mac Jan 15 Seamonkey, Mac 4.51 Windows 4.51 Cannot get the page to load...no response from server...tried just www.rsac.org as well...are you sure the app hung?

The document is delivered completely (6020 bytes) from Netlib. Looks like a layout problem.

We're never getting to where we reflow the frameset so it looks like either a parser or content sink issue

This is not a platform parity bug. I'm removing that status from this report, but accepting the bug.

petersen, does this happen with current Apprunner build? Does this happen on Mac and Linux too?
With the March 10th builds (Mac, Windows, Linux), I can't get the page to load. This is valid url since it does load in 4.5.1.
