Details

The Mozilla profile manager has the [cancel] button placed in the leftmost position. The mailnews account wizard has it placed in the rightmost position. One or the other should be changed.

account wizard will be converted to use the same wizard framework as the create profile wizard. the CPW's wizard button layout is consistent with other applications I have seen on windows. when I am able to test applications on a Mac, I'll investigate to see if there are differing layouts and possibly make platform overlays. reassigning to Alec...
