Problem also occured on Mail......I cannot compose messages for IMAP Mail, too.

Problem also occured on POP Mail, too.

The problem is due to some constant collision: apparently the constant
"toolbar" is defined twice, one in EditorCommand.js and one some where else...
changing qa assigned to pmock@netscape.com
This problem does not appear to occur on win32 2000-01-18-09-m13. No Mac build
yet.

I thing the collision is with globalOverlay.js. The problem may have been
introduced by the last modification of JS 1.5.
Renaming the variable "toolbar" in editorCommands.js by "editorToolbar" fix the
problem. I need however to verify that doesn't break anything else.
