1. From http://jimbob/trigger2.html, click Trigger Case button
RESULT:
Nothing happens. No response.
EXPECTED RESULT:
XPInstall confirmation dialog appears.
NOTE:
Opening http://jimbob/jars/a_multitrigger.html results in a crash on all
platforms. This may be related to the inability to trigger from trigger page.
Noting here to remind me to check this case when triggering is fixed.

we were broken by pollman's check-in from last night for bug 20315...
It was cause javascript to not fire the handler and not executing scripts.
pollman backed out his changes around noon, and we should have things working in
tomorrow's build.
Builds 2000-01-19-13-M13(WIN), 2000-01-19-08-M13(LINUX)
We can trigger once again on windows and linux. The mac build today is not even
starting up properly, so we'll have to wait until we have a workable build.
