Well, look at the page. The text of the 1st LI in each list is a line too high!

Closer investigation shows that - I think! - LI elements with content consisting
of other elements, eg <P> or <DL> as in the quoted example, cause their contents
to be drawn one "line" higher than expected.
I don't think this occurs when it is a straight forward <OL><LI><LI></OL> type
of list.

This appears to have fixed itself. I am marking fixed, but whoever verifies
this (it may be me) should check more than just the URL quoted above.
