Go to this URL for Maps at Netcenter. Click on the first field to drive from one place then to another. Page changes (URL doesn't) and shows a different set of forms to use. Build ID 2000012008 Jan 20
Not sure I understand which field you're talking about, John...are you talking about the links 'Directions From' and 'Directions To' under the Driving Directions header or the S'treet Address/Intersection' field under the More Maps header?
