Dup of bugsplat 329759, moved to bugzilla for tracking in new code base. Assigned to brade since kin does not seem to have a bugzilla ID. ----------------------------------------------- This is a backend XP bug. We need to add an ENCTYPE attribute to the <TEXTAREA> tag so that content providers can tell ENDER what they expect: Raw HTML or Multi-part related mime.
