Details
If you go to the above page and click on one of the two text fields to fill-in
either the username or password, the whole page except for the two text boxes
goes white and does not go back to normal unless the page is refreshed. Even the
submit button is undisplayeda and unable to be clicked.

Works okay for me with today's build. I think it might have been fixed with one
of the recent checkins
