Bug 25288 refers to XPInstall engine. This bug refers to problems with xpistub
There are more nsIFile-related problems. This time they're in the stub. Doug will be writing a bug against sdagley. This bug is contingent upon Doug's new bug being fixed. As soon as we have a bug number we'll add it to the dependency list of this bug.
