View the URL above. The layout of the tables is broken. I didn't try
to figure out exactly what the problem was but since ie and all NS
versions have no problem with it I assume it is a mozilla and not HTML
problem.

Nice testcase mats, thanks. It looks like the right floater doesn't fit (even
though it should), and so we're moving it to the next line.
Reduces the test case even more. Turns out the outer table isn't necessary
I removed the four rules from html.css that specified margins for floated tables
and images. This fixes the problem
I also re-opened bug #2119

This table test case looks fine in Feb 21 build.
