Actual Results: Notice the focus ring doesn't cover the whole image. Expected Results: The focus ring should cover the whole clickable region, which in this case is the entire image.

Well, it's probably a regression as I remember it was working correctly in 1.8a2, but it doesn't work in 1.8a3 anymore; then again, I don't think it was working at all before around 1.7ish...
