Mozilla/Firebird is commonly used as a client to buletin board systems/web mail
clients/Bug description systems. People commonly misspell things on those media
which would be easily caught if they used a spell checker. It wouold be really
nice to be able to identify misspelled words/correct spelling in form fields.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Misspell a word in a form
2. Press submit
3. Be made fun of by your friends for misspelling a word
Actual Results:
Nitpicking by/of mozilla users about the use of 'e' before ing, etc
Expected Results:
mozilla should/could have identified the words as not existing in a dictionary,
and when right clicked suggested similar correctly spelled words.
I believe there are extensions that do this. Also, look at spellbound
(http://spellbound.sourceforge.net/)
