Details

When I select with the mouse some text i see that the selected text not correspond to what i'm selecting.
Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.
giving all of garret's bugs to don. Don, if you're the wrong person, a thousand apologies.

In traditional netscape style, I'm simply passing this buck onto you. (But since it's a selection bug, you probably).

this isnt very descriptive... i am saying it works for me.

Per a request from Selection and Search component eng (mjudge) and qa (elig), moving all "Selection and Search" bugs to new "Selection" component. Original "Selection and Search" component will be retired.
