Overview Description: When moving a scrollbar with the mouse, if the right mouse button is clicked, the scrolling stops. Steps To Reproduce: In Mozilla, Hold down the left mouse button while over a scrollbar and move the mouse up and down. Then, while still holding the left mouse button down, click the right mouse button Actual Results: The scrollbar stops moving Expected Results: The scrolling of the bar is unaffected, as in IE and Netscape. Build Date and Platform: Mozilla build 2000012520 Win95

Confirmed that native Win32 applications disregards right-clicks while drag- scrolling scroll bars. However, we're acknowledging them, and popping up a contextual menu. Assigning to XP Menus for investigation.
